Photos taken during delivery

At the time of delivery, TerraBay or its delivery partners may take photos of the delivered material, the pile, the drop location, and nearby surroundings. We use these photos as proof of delivery and placement, to answer questions or resolve claims, for training, and as internal references for future deliveries.

We may also use selected delivery photos to show our products and work on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. We will not publish a photo that identifies a customer, person, address, vehicle, or private property without permission. When possible, we may crop or obscure identifying details before using a photo publicly. If you do not want photos of your delivery used for marketing, tell us before delivery or contact us afterward. We may still keep photos needed to document and support your order.
